Yoo Hoo, Hi Family!

Before we left on our trip, we extended an open invitation to anyone and everyone, encouraging people to join up with us during our travels. (That offer still stands, by the way.)

And Michael’s family took us up on it!

His parents and sister met up with us in Sweden, and they traveled with us to Norway too. So just FYI, they might make some appearances in upcoming blog posts. (I promise we really do know them, and we didn’t just pull random people off the street to engage in our antics.)

And amazingly, we found all of our names while walking along the streets of Stockholm and Oslo, so here is a Scandinavian introduction of the whole fam!

Hi! I’m Bri. (You should know me by now.) I write silly blog posts and make frequent appearances in Dubsmashes.

And this is Michael. (He should also look pretty familiar.) Aka my husband, and the other half of The Travel Medley.

Meet the Family | Stockholm, Oslo | The Travel MedleyThis is Michael’s sister, Jessica. We were only able to find her last name, but it still totally counts. (In fact, I personally think it’s even more impressive than just finding “Jessica.”)

And this is Michael’s mom, Lisa. (A part-time owner of this flower shop?)

And last, but not least, Michael’s dad, Wayne.

Meet the Family | Stockholm, Oslo | The Travel MedleyWhen we found “Wayne’s Coffee,” I was stoked! However, Wayne managed to stay calm and collected.

But then there was another one! And it was even more exciting!

AND THEN THERE WAS A BIKE TOO, YOU GUYS.

Occasionally, we also take pictures together. Here’s the whole group.

I love that Michael is actually doing a pretty solid Michael Kors impression, even down to the black t-shirt, in front of the Michael Kors store.

Way late in replying, but yes! While the pose was unintentional, it’s pretty awesome now that you point it out. (ALSO OMG I was obsessed with PaRappa the Rapper, and I still know the Chop Chop Onion Master Rap. Your gravatar profile pic is giving me some SERIOUS nostalgia.)
